DESCRIPTION
First Union Bank commissioned the design of a new 2948 s.f. building to house their new branch office in Aventura, Florida. The bank elected to build an additional 2000 s.f. to be used as tenant spaces that the bank can lease and use for future expansion.

First Union required a program which included a building façade to match the surrounding area, and three drive thru tellers. Inside the branch the program called for a roomy lobby with floor and ceiling decorative architectural features, 5 teller stations, safety deposit vault, cash vault, branch managers office, loan officer office, conference room, staff lounge, public restrooms, atm room, and mechanical/electrical/storage closets.
