DESCRIPTION
Roger Pierce with GatorSktch Architects was commissioned to design and administer construction phase services for a two-story building of approx. 10,000 s.f.. Each floor was subdivided into (5) 2000 s.f. vanilla tenant spaces per floor, which were flexible so that one tenant could move into multiple tenant spaces. The construction is 2-story cmu block with brick veneer and a flat roof system.
