DESCRIPTION
GatorSktch Architects has been chosen to design Montverde Academy’s new sports complex. This new facility will include a lighted Track and Field area with a two story press box, a golf simulator building, a netted driving range and eight lighted tennis courts. Also planned are softball and baseball fields, each complete with its own two story press box, dugouts and lighting. The baseball field will also include two batting cages. These additions will enhance the current 15 acre athletic field and 440 yard asphalt running track that are already part of the existing facility. Construction was complete in Feb 2010 at a cost of $5,300,000.
