DESCRIPTION
MMD Computers, Inc. commissioned GatorSktch Architects to design a new commercial/retail 6600 s.f. building to house their business, plus four 1200 s.f. vanilla tenant spaces. MMD Computers' space includes a front retail space, offices and a repair / storage area in the back. The design goal also included creating a visual presence on Highway 27 in Town of Lady Lake, FL based on the new Architectural Standards set into place by the town.
