DESCRIPTION
Clermont Restaurant Group Commissioned GatorSktch Architects to design the renovation of the early 1900 lumber mill into a restaurant with a rustic feel. This 4452 s.f. two story building included a full service kitchen and dishwasher areas with patron area for 150 people to enjoy either a sit down meal or the bar area. The space included a new two story deck overlooking Lake Minneola with a space for entertainment such as small bands or Karaoke.
