DESCRIPTION
GatorSktch Architects was commissioned by the City of Clermont to conduct a condition study on the Jenkin's Auditorium property. The survey consisted of observing the property components, systems, and elements from an architectural, structural, mechanical / plumbing and electrical stand point so that we could generate findings that would give the data necessary for the city to make an educated decision to renovate and remodel the facility or to demo the facility and build new. This project was completed during fall 2009.
