DESCRIPTION
GatorSktch Architects was commissioned to design a clubhouse for the Gibson Bay Town Home complex. It was important for the developers to furnish a recreational / community space for their future residents. This space had to include meeting room, formal entry with see through fire place, exercise room, kitchen area for catering or pot luck dinners and public restrooms. The clubhouse exterior spaces include a pool area with sunbathing deck and a covered hot tub.
