DESCRIPTION
Florida Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) commissioned GatorSktch Architects to design a 3,080 SF licensing office in an existing shell building in Clermont, Florida. The design program consisted of computer testing stations, eye examination stations, customer service reception/appointment areas, as well as staff and patron waiting and accessible restroom areas. GatorSktch Architects provided full design services, schematic design through construction documentation, as well as construction administration for this project which was completed in spring 2007.
