DESCRIPTION
GatorSktch Architects worked with the contractor in a design build contract to design offices and lab space for the IT department for the City of Clermont. The total space was 875s.f. of empty shell to be sub divided into three spaces to create two offices and one lab space. These spaces required full MEP services, partitions and all finishes.
