Ozzie Mallo has developed prototype designs for a number of national restaurant chains. Site specific adjustments for these designs were made to accommodate the local code requirements. His other restaurant designs range from fast food to sit down dining with kitchens that were tailored to cater for the specific dining experience.

His experience also includes the design and completion of construction documents for a number of medical specialty facilities such as; Ophthalmology, Aesthetics, Urology, Ambulatory Surgery and General Practice.

Mr. Mallo as Lead Architect has created award winning Town Centers that re-connect the community to new urban spaces. These high profile Town Centers include retail, commercial office, municipal and residential spaces which were typically arranged in multi story structures with a common themed environment.

In addition to Town Center projects Ozzie has personal experience with large scale residential developments which included both Town Homes and Condominium units as well as common spaces and amenities using both design and planning skills. Prestigious custom homes of 5,000 square foot and above on luxurious North Carolina mountain estates are also part of his portfolio.
